Hi Tori, Thanks for your help. Closing was in order and our realtor (who is very experienced--especially in this area) commented that our loan paperwork was much more streamlined than many he has seen. They were also pleased that paper checks were sent as that makes the process go faster and avoids wire transfer delays.Thanks for your help!
